| JUL 28/23: SEASON 44 RUNNING ORDER REVEALED |
Yesterday, the TDWP Editorial Board revealed the start date for Season 44 and today we can share with our readers the running order for all six Season 44 adventures. We can also now reveal that TDWP will be celebrating Doctor Who’s 60th Anniversary with a special 60th Anniversary story, A Mild Curiosity In A Junk Yard.
The season will run as follows:

STORY TWO: THE EVIL by Matt Tovey

STORY FIVE: TIMEBASE by Daniel Tessier, Meg MacDonald & Hamish Crawford

STORY SIX: SENSED PRESENCE by Nick Krohn
There will be a short two-week break after Sensed Presence to be followed by the 60TH ANNIVERSARY SPECIAL on November 25, 2023.
M.O.A.B. is Rachel Redhead’s first story for The Doctor Who Project, while the name of Meg MacDonald may be familiar to TDWP readers as Meg regularly posted original fiction as “Bunny In The TARDIS” in the Fiction section of the Gallifrey Base forum. This is also Meg’s first time contributing to TDWP.
Hamish Crawford and Matt Tovey return following on from their Season 43 contributons, while Homeward is Bob Furnell’s first contribution since 2009 with Questions in Season 35. Daniel Tessier returns to TDWP and this is his first story since his Brief Encounter, The Fossilist (with James P. Quick) in 2018 and Nick Krohn last contributed to TDWP in 2020 with Terror In Timberland in Season 42. |
